My journey into chainmaille started 22 years ago, when I needed to lower a shower curtain. There were, of course, various different ways I could have achieved this but wanted to do something different. So after a little searching online, I discovered boxchain. Using enamelled copper wire, a pen, some wire cutters and some hobby pliers; my first chainmaille creation was made. This, evidentally, was enough to have me look further into chainmaille and I started filling in the gaps in my 5 bar gate - the dogs liked to take themselves for walks when they thought I wasn't looking... It wasn't until a friend suggested chainmaille jewelery, and sent me some pictures that I even considered jewelery as an option. And now, 22 years later, here I am following my passion.
I do not sell jewelry, I sell experiences - anyone can walk into a shop, approach a market stall, pick up a piece of jewelry and decide it is good enough. Why settle for good enough when you can have a piece of jewelry made just for you?
